Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries

Here's a yummy recipe for a sweet and savory snack or side dish. 

Sweet Potatoes are a good source of fiber, vitamin A, vitamin B6, and Manganese, among other essential nutrients. 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 Sweet Potatoes, sliced into strips 
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil 
  • 1 Tsp. Rosemary Leaves, finely chopped 
  • Ground Pepper to taste 

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Toss sweet potatoes, rosemary, and olive oil in a large bowl until entirely coated. 
  3. Place potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes then flip the potatoes and continue baking for 15 minutes longer or until lightly browned. 
  5. Remove from oven and top with pepper to taste. 
  6. Serve and enjoy.
