Strawberry Avocado Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to get extra servings of fruit and vegetables in your diet. Here's my recipe for a delicious Strawberry Avocado Smoothie. 


  • 6 Strawberries 
  • 2 handfuls (about 2 cups of fresh Spinach 
  • 1/2 Avocado 
  • 8oz. unsweetened Almond Milk 
  • Optional: 1 Scoop of plain, gluten-free vegan Protein Powder (Daily Dose Protein) 
  • Water as needed 
  • A few ice cubes


  1. Wash and prepare ingredients 
  2. Add ingredients to the blender and blend on high for 45-60 seconds until well blended

  • 6g protein 
  • 26g carbohydrates 
  • 13g net carbs 
  • 13g dietary fiber 
  • 11g total sugar 
  • 6g added sugar 
  • 23g total fat 
  • 3g saturated fat
