Protein Packed Turkey Burgers

Turkey Burgers

Cook these delicious and healthy burgers indoors on the stove top or outdoors on the grill. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb. Organic Ground Turkey 
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder 
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander 
  • Pinch of Cayenne 
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped 
  • 1 Tomato, sliced 
  • 2 cups Arugula 
  • 1 Avocado, sliced 
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil 

Directions: 

  1. Mix turkey, spices, and green onions in a bowl. Combine until mixed. Form into 3 patties. 
  2. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Or when weather permits cook on your outdoor grill. 
  3. Place patties in the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side. 
  4. Place burgers in arugula
  5. Top with tomato and avocado
