Looking for something light and nutritious? This recipe for avocado and olive oil salad is a great option. Plus- it's loaded with great sources of healthy fat.


  • 2 1/2 cups (105g) Spring Mix Salad Greens
  • 10 Kalamata Olives 
  • 1 Avocado, chopped
  • 1 cup of Grape Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup (15g) Cilantro 
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Lemon Juice 
  • 1/2 tablespoon (8ml) Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Rosemary
  • 1 ounce (28g) Fetta Cheese


  1. Place Salad Greens in a large bowl 
  2. Add Olives, Avocado, Tomatoes, and Cilantro 
  3. Add Lemon Juice and Olive Oil 
  4. Sprinkle with Rosemary and Fetta 
  5. Toss to combine all ingredients and serve.
