The Jails of Our Body

Is the reason why you are sick because your jails are too full?  Many times, this is exactly the case. Lymph nodes act like jails for your body.  The white blood cells arrest the bad guys, also known as antigens, infections, or “bad guys” and take them to the jails for processing. This is why when you have an upper respiratory infection, it’s not uncommon for your lymph nodes to be swollen. Well, what if they never get cleaned?  That means that the jails are always full, there’s no room for new “bad guys” and your immune system CANNOT function.  So what happens is your body ‘ignores’ the current infection and you end up with chronic disease. The main purpose of the lymph nodes is to support the immune system in patrolling the highways (your bloodstream) and getting rid of waste products.  Lymph is a clear immune system fluid, that is filtered through the lymph nodes and kills off bacteria, viruses, and other bad guys with specialized white blood cells calls lymphocytes.  Then the lymph fluid is back in the bloodstream more powerful than before.

The entire lymphatic system is a machine.  This includes lymph, lymph nodes, bone marrow, thymus gland, and the spleen.  The system produces specialized cells called lymphocytes and phagocytes that attack the enemy or foreign body.  These cells receive special instruction and refinement in the thymus gland which allows them to fight infected and malignant (cancer) cells. That’s pretty technical but what this means is that the body must have healthy white blood cells, lymph nodes, and thymus activity to protect itself.  When that happens, health follows, and cancer prevention and reduction occur.

Here’s how to have a healthy immune system and cleaned out jails.

Step Number One: Drink plenty of water.  This helps the lymph fluid to remove waste from your body.

Step Two: Eat as healthy as possible with alive foods (fruits & vegetables) that supply the body with vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients.  The lymph system also relies on healthy fats. Coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, walnuts, and almonds are good recommendations.

Step Three: Avoid foods with dyes, processed foods, artificial sweeteners, excessive white sugar, and high fructose corn syrup.

Step Four: Movement is important for the lymph system as walking, jogging, and lifting weights are just a few of the exercises which give your muscles movement which then moves the lymphatic fluid.

Helpful medicine – if you have chronic infection, severe fatigue, are sick, are worried about cancer, have cancer, or are pursuing optimal health, make sure your jails are working right.  It’s a worthwhile investment to consider herbal/vitamin/mineral supplementation that can benefit the lymphatic system and the immune system.  Supplements that fit into that category include the following:

  • Vitamin C, liposomal vitamin C is the best, 3,000-8,000mg
  • Proteomorphogen therapy – this cutting-edge therapy gives the body the cellular blueprint for optimal organ function. Spleen PMG and Thymus PMG are beneficial for lymph conditions
  • Immune power – Aids in boosting and improving the function of the immune system, giving the body essential building blocks
  • Barberry Root Bark – This herb can be used to treat an enlarged spleen
  • Herbal considerations – Burdock root, buckthorn bark, or Echinacea

For advanced disease states, consider IV vitamin C therapy and the most important of all dilute Hydrochloric acid (HCL) therapy.  HCL therapy is one of the most important things that I have learned in health care and is profiled in one of my favorite studies, 3 years of HCL therapy.

Other suggestions for your immune system health:

  • Worry less and laugh more
  • Drink lots of water
  • Avoid refined foods and sugars
  • Eat nuts, spices, and fermented foods – Nuts are a great source of Vitamin E. Spices like onions and garlic can strengthen your defense against heart disease and cancer.  And fermented foods like yogurt can reduce your chance of getting a cold by 25% a University of California study revealed.
