Blueberry Steak Salad

It's hot outside and you don't feel like cooking right? Here's a recipe with minimal prep time, it's easy to prepare, and it will taste great on these hot summer days. 

Blueberry Steak Salad Recipe: 


For Salad:

  • 8 oz of grass-fed Skirt Steak, thinly sliced
  •  1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil 
  • 2 cups Arugula 
  • 3/4 cup Blueberries 
  • 2 cups Watercress or Mixed Greens 
  • 1 Avocado, chopped 

For the Dressing: 

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed Lemon Juice 
  • Pinch of Sea Salt 


  1. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 
  2. Add steak and saute to your liking 
  3. Remove from heat and let cool 
  4. Add steak and remaining salad ingredients to a large bowl 
  5. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients together (Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt)
  6. Pour over salad, toss and serve immediately
