  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg, ground
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 2 large ripe bananas, sliced
  • 4-100% whole wheat tortillas
  • Topping Ingredients (Optional):
  • 1 banana, sliced
1⁄4 cup fresh mint 1⁄4 cup agave nectar

Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, agave nectar or honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg, stirring well.

Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Spread 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture and place half of each banana on top of each tortilla; roll up tortillas. Place
2 roll-ups in skillet and cook 2 minutes per side or until tortillas are lightly browned and crisp. Remove from pan and keep warm. Repeat procedure with remaining roll-ups. Cut each roll-up in half.

If desired, prepare topping: Heat additional banana slices in large nonstick skillet for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Top roll-ups with additional banana slices, mint, and agave nectar.
